I fell in love with the home building industry at a young age. Through my career in the industry I've felt this growing tension between the camps. The average client walks into a builder's office skeptical from day one. 'How are they going to cheat us?' 'What are we missing out on?' 'Are they even telling us the truth?' These are some questions I imagine buyers asking themselves throughout the process. As a person working for a builder it was frustrating to get to a real level with clients. I felt like I worked for companies that wanted to do the right things for the right reasons, and even our buyers felt guarded. There has to be a better way. 

I realize I won't single-handedly change the home building industry in America. I do think I can make a difference. The goal of this podcast is to peel back the curtain for both sides. I'm here to be a meeting place in the center where both buyers and builders can learn a little bit more on how to make the process better. I share my personal experience, horror stories and pitfalls as well as hosting experts in the field to share their insights.
